Volunteer vs. Visitor

The following list explains the clearance status for events at Eisenhower Elementary.  A person MUST HAVE CLEARANCES if s/he are participating in an event labeled "VOLUNTEER".  

 

VOLUNTEER STATUS (Clearances Needed) Computer Lab, Field Trips, Field Day, Shelving Books, Spelling Bee, Book Fair, 4th Grade Farewell, Holiday Mart, Musical Assistant, Class Parties, After School Clubs 

 

VISITOR STATUS (No Clearances)  Eisenhowler, Lunch w/Child, Reading in Classroom, VIP Student Day, Parent Presentations, Viewing Student Presentations, Reading Night, Homeroom Coordinator,  Math-a-Thon, Valentine's Ice Cream Social
