School Supply List

We are excited to help our Eisenhower students start the school year prepared and ready to learn. Below are the school supply lists for each grade level. Thank you!

Printable lists:

Kindergarten  |  First Grade  |  Second Grade  |  Third Grade  |  Fourth Grade

Kindergarten

  • 1 plastic (hard) pencil box
  • 1 box of 24 crayons (no more than 24, please)
  • 1 backpack big enough to carry a folder and library books back and forth
  • 1 yellow highlighter
  • 1 bingo dabber
  • 1 regular sized cylinder of Play-Doh 
  • 1 box of tissues

Please label all of your child’s supplies with a permanent marker before they are brought to school. Thanks!

First Grade

  • 1 art shirt  
  • 1 pencil box (approximately 8” x 5”)  
  • 5 jumbo glue sticks  
  • 1 “boring” pink, green, or white school eraser (NO hamburgers, cars, etc.)  
  • 1 box of crayons (no larger than 64 per box)  
  • 1 box of Ziplock sealable sandwich bags (girls bring)  
  • 1 box of Ziplock sealable freezer bags (boys bring)  
  • 1 box of tissues (This is for the entire class to share.)  
  • 1 blue pocket folder  
  • 1 box of letter sized white envelopes
  • 1 pair of kid scissors
  • 2 highlighters
  • 2 packs of pencil top erasers  

Please label ALL supplies with your child’s first and last name.

Second Grade

  • 1 art shirt
  • 1 desk pencil box
  • 12  #2 pencils (freshly sharpened)
  • 2 plain pink erasers  
  • 1  24 pack of crayons  
  • 1  4 pack of fine point dry erase markers  
  • 4 glue sticks  
  • 1  pack of Crayola broad tip markers  
  • 2  box tissues  
  • 1 box of sandwich-sized bags (girls only)
  • 1 box of gallon-sized bags (boys only)    

Please avoid school supplies that resemble toys or might become a distraction to your 2nd grader. Thank you!

Third Grade

  • 1 art shirt  
  • 1 workbox  
  • 2 glue sticks or small bottle of glue (We’ll refill it all year.)  
  • 1 pack of colored pencils  
  • 1 box of crayons  
  • 1 highlighter  
  • 1 pack of markers
  • 1 pair of kid scissors  
  • 1  2” or 2.5” white binder with clear plastic cover
  • 20 clear plastic page protectors 

Please make sure all supplies fit in the workbox and that the work box will fit in your child’s desk. As much as possible, please label the items with your child’s name and room number. We do not use pens at this level, so please keep them at home. 

Fourth Grade

  • 1 art shirt  
  • 1 pencil case  
  • 3 or 4 Glue Sticks to start the year (more may be needed as the year goes on)  
  • 1 pack of colored pencils OR 1 box of crayons (pack of 24 is fine)  
  • 1 box of tissues
  • 3 highlighters (at least two different colors)
  • 1 pair of scissors  

Mr. George’s and Miss Kenny’s classes only:

  • 3 pocket folders

Mrs. Stack’s, Miss Marnik’s, and Mrs. Seelye’s classes only:

  • 2” Trapper Keeper binder with 5 hole-punched pocket folders 

Please note that the crayons/colored pencils should fit into the workbox and that the workbox is of a size that will fit in your child’s desk. Please label the workbox items with your child’s name and room number.
